SmartSignIn is a subscription visitor-management service owned and operated by Jody McCaig. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy and in the context where the information is requested.
We collect information needed to provide SmartSignIn, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, business and location details, visitor records, and payment information processed through Stripe.
Website analytics use Google Analytics to measure public marketing pages and setup milestones. We send page paths and selected plan and billing options; we do not send visitor names, contact details, workplace identifiers, form contents or token URLs. Operational visitor sign-in pages do not load this analytics tag. Google processes technical information associated with the website connection and may use analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track is respected by our website analytics.
We use personal information to provide visitor-management services, send requested notifications, manage subscriptions and payments, support customers, maintain security, and improve the service.
Information is available only to people who reasonably need it to provide or administer the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it when required by law, for legal proceedings, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business sale.
